Worst of all they used tinned, TINNED, mushrooms in a dish which cost 250 dollars. Nothing tasted fresh. The terrine had pieces of plastic in it. The 'fresh' chilean sea bass was so oily that even my cats would not eat the pieces I took home for them to eat.."

Without doubt the worst restaurant I have been to in Hong Kong. My fish pie was 99% salmon and two sad looking prawns; no other fish at all. Worst of all they used tinned, TINNED, mushrooms in a dish which cost 250 dollars. Nothing tasted fresh. The terrine had pieces of plastic in it. The 'fresh' chilean sea bass was so oily that even my cats would not eat the pieces I took home for them to eat. For the price they charge, I expect fresh ingredients and imaginative dishes, not lumps of salmon hiding underneath mashed potatoes and next to a distinctly iffy cabbage. (Dot Cod - October, 2009)
