Chef | CHEF JÉRÔME BILLOT - Born in the French town of Annecy near the Swiss border, Jérôme began cooking at the age of sixteen. Recognizing a passion for food, he took up studies at the Lycée Hotelier de Thonon les Bains. After graduating he began further apprenticeship with Michelin three star chef Georges Blanc considered one of the grand masters of French cuisine. Wanderlust took him to Switzerland where he worked in top restaurants while developing his own style. An opportunity occurred for Jerome to work in Hong Kong which he could not resist and is now with Dining Concepts. Jérôme is Head Chef at Bouchon Bistro Francais in Soho. |
