Situated in the heart of the Wanchai's district, and a short walk from the Wanchai MTR station, Al Dente is right in the middle of the action. Offering age-old tradition and timeless recipes that have been passed down through the generations, the restaurant successfully combines its cuisine and atmosphere to create a dining experience that won’t be soon forgotten.

Unpretentious in every way, the cuisine is home cooking personified. It is food the way your mother used to cook for you – fresh, simple and above all, delicious. The first waiter had a rather gloomy disposition, but later on we had another server who was very pleasant. The food was great - especially the pizza and the ravioli. (December, 2007)
